My Eighteenth PoemIf I could do anything to be with you,Trust me, without a second thought, it, I would do.Whether it's walking down teh street,Our happyness at its peak,Or just sitting in a park,In our lives, this moment making its mark.I love you so much that, no matter how much I'd want to leave the room,I would go with you, to see New Moon.
My seventeenth PoemI lurk in the shadows cast in the night.I'm always present, always a fright.I follow close as you walk,Listen in as you talk. You know I'm there, always near,Constantly striking into you fear. There is no escape, there is no fleeing,For the weapon I weild requires no sheathing.I have no form, nor physical shape,No black hood, or long black cape.I do not come from this world or realm,Some medieval knights painted me on their helm.Ancient scribes wrote of my existence,Of my grusome deeds, my evil and persistence.Primitive cultures cowered in my reign,Trying to hide from the ways I caused them pain.People now, yes I know,Try their best, me, to overthrow.
My Fifteenth PoemHis mind, locked in constant battle,One side strong, the other fragile.Which side will win, he knows not,For years, he knows, they have fought.Sometimes they quiet down a bit,Then suddenly one gets severely hit. When this happens, he becomes afraid,For they hit each other like a freight train. To stop them, there is little he can do,Except wait until they are through. And when they are done, he does fear,That no winner, in the end, wil lappear.
